PaperCut Printing Instructions

Printing on campus is now done through the PaperCut system. Your previous print balance was imported from the Equitrac system. Print Jobs go to a holding Queue and can be released from any printer except Outside Zedick and Cafeteria Exit, by holding your PCOM ID card up to the card reader until it beeps. Printers on campus read your card and use your ID number to locate your job and print it to the printer that just read your card. Jobs sent to Outside Zedick and Cafeteria Exit print as soon as you click on print.

Use the Web portal on campus or remotely to add print credit (buy additional pages), check your print history and see jobs waiting to print. You can also send jobs from home and print them when you get here, as long as you release them within 72 hours.
